Our Chana Dal is made from Bengal Gram grown by small & marginal tribal farmers in Madhya Pradesh without using any synthetic pesticides. It is an excellent choice for vegans who want to include a non-animal protein source in their diet.We do not polish any of Dals and Chana Dal is not an exception. Not polishing the dal helps retain nutrients and the natural flavors.We mill the Bengal Gram into Dal separately in order to eliminate any chances of contamination.Our dals have lesser moisture content. You can therefore store them for longer.
