About this item We procure our pesticide-free Kabuli chana from thousands of small and marginal tribal farmers in Madhya Pradesh who cultivate it without using any synthetic pesticides, herbicides, weedicides and GM seeds. Our farmers cultivate the highly nutritious Dollar variety of Kabuli Chana. We store, clean and pack the Kabuli Chana separately to eliminate any chances of contamination. We do not polish any of our pulses/legumes and Kabuli Chana is not an exception. Not polishing the dal helps retain nutrients and the natural earthy flavors!
